I didn't want to give you a bad review to Lowes which I should up. I also had my neighbor buy the same door
I hope she will have better luck . I also call about the 2 bottom door panel that had marks in them that I noticed a couple days later and asked to have them checked, but no response.

From the initial phone call I made thru the great service and even finally paying for the repair, every person I dealt with was the greatest.
